“Called in and spoke to Wayne to schedule another dryer vent clean for townhouse in Tarpon Springs, FL. I was able to get appt. for the tenant very next morning. Chris came out and cleaned vent and found 3 id’s and a credit card in the transition. Turns out it was in fact the landlords credit cards from 2013… 2 tenants ago. We make every effort to clean vents regularly stressing the importance to the owner. Chris returned cards and id’s so I could send to Landlord.”
