“Superior service. Called at 10 am on a Monday for an appt and was told a technician could be available at 12:30 pm, same day. Rick called 15 min before arriving and did all the work in the 1 hour time frame. Rick answered ALL my questions and even took a phone call from my husband who had more techy questions than I did! Rick is very knowledgeable, patient, efficient, professional! He showed me what came out of the vent and YES, this service was badly needed. It is home maintenance you don’t think much of, but when you fully understand the benefits, it is well worth the money. Will definitely use Ventsmart again and highly recommend others to do the same!”
