From start to finish, professional, showed up as scheduled and walked me through the entire process. Mike was great at answering all of my questions and provided tips to watch out for in the event the dryer vent started to clog up again. Also noticed that the installers had not secured my dryer vent actually to the dryer. Mike even adjusted the closet doors so they lined up perfectly, didn’t expect him to do that!
