“CALL THEM NOW!!!! We are so happy we did! Chris came today to our house, he was so knowledgable and so friendly!! He gave us numerous tips on how to keep our house and family safe from dryer fires. We just had a big corporate company (I won’t name) install brand new a washer and dryer over the weekend. When the dryer went into a shut down mode (because of vent blockage) I called Vent Smart. Chris notified us how they installed our appliances in a lazy way which would only cause us problems in the end. We’re so thankful for Chris, he easily could have showed up and quickly finished the job (we were his last clients for the day) but he went above and beyond and showed up with a smile.
